I used as directed and tested myself with strips after day 3 and was still positive. At the end of day 4 the negative line started to appear. At day 5 it was the negative line was totally clear! Day 7 still all clean.. Not sure if it helped but I tried to stay active every day as well as staying hydrated. Nothing crazy, just walking at taking short bike rides. Also, I tried to keep away from greasy and sugary food as I know toxins are stored in fat cells so I’m sure this played a role. I’m in my late 30’s and weigh 190 lb. If you’re younger and in shape I’m sure it will work even sooner. Worked perfect!

I quit a week before using this product, drinking a gallon of water a day, with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 3x a day, with lots of hiking. I got my product in the mail and took it for the whole 7 days, bought an at screen from Walmart and passed 5 out of 7 days, make sure if you test to not use assured brand at Dollar tree they don’t work. I went and took a gas chromatography at a lab and was clean on my 7th day. This product is amazing.
